<br> which can be approved for construction and operation of waste management site
If the private sector requests permission to build and operate a waste management site, processing site or other mechanism for waste management, the local level may grant approval for the construction and operation of such a mechanism subject to environmental and other prevailing laws.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the local level will monitor whether or not the prescribed environmental standards are followed during the construction and operation of waste management systems from the private sector.
(3) If it is found that the approved standards have not been complied with during the monitoring according to sub-section (2), a time period may be set to make the necessary arrangements for the compliance of such standards, and if the necessary arrangements are not made for the compliance of the standards even within that period, the approval of such person or company may be canceled as prescribed by the local level.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the local level will monitor whether or not the prescribed environmental standards are followed during the construction and operation of waste management systems from the private sector.
(3) If it is found that the approved standards have not been complied with during the monitoring according to sub-section (2), a time period may be set to make the necessary arrangements for the compliance of such standards, and if the necessary arrangements are not made for the compliance of the standards even within that period, the approval of such person or company may be canceled as prescribed by the local level.
